The inscription is on a classical rock-cut Lycian tomb located in a place called Arpacık near Belören village of Demre. The 4-line inscription is carved above the door.
Transliteration (İşler & Tekoğlu, 2024):
ebẽñnẽ: xupã:mene:prñnawatẽ
Xudrehila:selada:sehrmmã:ñteijeti
metadi: adaijadi:ehbijedi
meneñtepitãti: Xudreh<i>lã: sel<a>dã
Translation:
Xudrehila and (his) wife built this tomb … … Xudrehila and (his) wife will be placed inside.
