Translation (based on Bryce, 1986 with revisions by Schürr 2010 and 2021, and Christiansen, 2021):
Mizretije, the nephew of Murãza, the mluhidaza of Sura, has built this tomb for himself, for his wife and children. And he made the upper ispazi(bench) for himself and they will place this deceased(?)/holder(?) and the wife therein. If (anyone) places someone else upon them, the sanctuary(?) here at Sura will punish him. And he made a hrm̃mã to his own ijas. … … … Now -de before(?) they should sacrifice annually to Tuweris a sacrificial animal of the Mizratije, (to the value of?) 2 ½ ada uraziye. If he has no priest, then (he is) not responsible before the sanctuary of Sura.
Inscription N 304
It is on a ‘base’ located at the southern end of the acropolis hill. The base is in the form of a monolithic cuboid carved from the bedrock. The inscription highly damaged, and only a few words and letters are visible.
